2024 PCSP Rodeo Vendor Application

Welcome Vendors! Applications will be accepted through May 15, 2024 or when full. All Vendors must complete this online application and pay the fee to be considered.

ALL FEES are NON REFUNDABLE AFTER THE MAY 15TH DEADLINE. We anticipate filling up quickly!


PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS FOR THE SAME BOOTH.

All Vendor booth locations will be placed by the committee. ALL retail booths will be in the Vendor Barn and ALL informational booths will be under the bleachers. No exceptions. All Vendors must stay open the entire week and open to the public from 6 pm to 10 pm.


This is a first pay/complete app gets the spot.  THERE WILL BE NO HOLDS FOR SPOTS WITHOUT APP AND PAYMENT COMPLETEDAfter you complete the online application and payment you will receive an email if your booth is not approved within a few days, if not approved you will get a refund. The payment receipt email is not confirmation of approval. Please read and complete each section thoroughly as we have made some changes this year. 

There are NO FOOD VENDORS allowed.  No cooking, tasting or open food for customer consumption will be allowed in Vendor area.
** OUTSIDE ALCOHOLC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED **Concessions are available all week.

No political booths will be accepted for promotion of office, obtaining votes, etc. We realize this is an election year and will not tollerate ANY political activity. You will be asked to leave without refund of fees if any political activity on the grounds.

Note: We have eliminated "table" spots. All booths will be required to use available tent space and provide your own 10 x 10 tent and table.

Vendor participation is scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday evening, June 4-8th. Set up begins Tuesday, June 4th at 10 am; security will be on site until after the Rodeo Saturday night. You can leave your booth set up overnight Saturday night but there WILL NOT be any security that night after 11 pm.

The rodeo starts daily at 7:30 pm and we request set up must be complete by 4pm and vendors be available to the public by 6 pm each evening. Break down can begin at your discretion at the end of the rodeo Saturday evening or you may wait until Sunday morning. NO Security will be there Saturday night.
